Triumph Motorcycles has unveiled the 2027 TF 250-E and TF 450-E, updating its race-proven Enduro platform with focused improvements to chassis performance, powertrain feel and rider control.
For 2027, both models gain the latest KYB suspension, with revised spring and valving settings and tool-free adjustability, alongside gear change improvements, a revised sight glass, new fork guards and new all-black bodywork with updated graphics. Both models also receive a calibration update to further refine performance and riding characteristics.
Model-specific updates include precision-tuned Neken triple clamps, a new clutch pack and bearing, and a new valve guide design for the TF 250-E. The TF 450-E gains a new clutch pack, bearing and hose, together with new rocker shafts and a new valve guide design.
Developed in close collaboration with World Enduro Champions Paul Edmondson and Iván Cervantes, Triumph’s enduro range has already achieved significant success in international competition, while remaining accessible and rewarding on real-world trails.
Steve Sargent, Chief Product Officer, Triumph Motorcycles, said: “Racing these bikes over the last two years, we’ve had some fantastic results. With riders like Jonny Walker, Morgan Lesiardo and Leo Joyon pushing them at the highest level, supported by Paul Edmondson and our hugely experienced enduro team, we’ve used that experience to further refine the 2027 bikes.
“The changes to the suspension, powertrain and rider controls are all about giving riders greater control and confidence, while retaining the performance that's already been proven in competition.”
ENDURO POWER
For 2027, Triumph has introduced a series of targeted powertrain updates across both models, refining the clutch, gear change and engine. The TF 250-E gains a new clutch pack and bearing, a new steel selector star, and a revised gear pedal lever for improved ergonomics, together with a new valve guide design.
The TF 450-E receives a new clutch pack, bearing and hose, while gear change updates include a new selector star, detent arm, gear selector shaft and revised gear pedal lever. Engine updates for the TF 450-E include new DLC-coated rocker shafts for improved durability and a new valve guide design and material. Both models also receive revised engine calibration to further improve rideability.
The TF 250-E combines high-revving enduro performance with a strong, linear power delivery, engineered to provide traction, precision and control. The TF 450-E delivers class-leading power with strong, usable performance developed for top-level enduro competition.
Both use enduro-specific six-speed transmissions, with their respective engine and transmission characteristics developed to deliver controlled performance across technical terrain and faster sections.
CHASSIS PERFORMANCE
One of the most significant updates for 2027 is the introduction of the latest KYB suspension across both models. Revised suspension settings are combined with new tool-free adjusters, making it quicker and easier for riders to make set-up changes. Both bikes also gain new fork guards to provide improved protection. The TF 250-E also gains new lightweight 7075-T6 forged Neken triple clamps, precision-tuned to further refine front-end performance.
The updates build on a chassis package developed specifically for enduro, balancing low-speed agility with confidence-inspiring stability at higher speeds.
The suspension package combines 48 mm KYB AOS coil-sprung forks with 300 mm of travel and fully adjustable compression and rebound, together with an adjustable piggyback rear shock.
The bikes are equipped with D.I.D DirtStar rims, Triumph-designed lightweight 6000-series machined aluminium hubs and Michelin enduro tyres, completing a chassis package designed to provide control and feedback across changing enduro terrain.
PREMIUM ENDURO PACKAGE
For 2027, both models gain new all-black bodywork with a striking new graphics scheme, alongside a revised sight glass. These updates complement a premium standard specification that combines Triumph’s unique lightweight aluminium spine frame, advanced rider technology and enduro-specific ergonomics.
The spine frame has twin cradles, engineered specifically to balance flex, stability and rider feedback. Internal machining allows precise control of wall thickness to reduce mass and tune stiffness, while the frame's mass-optimised construction provides a responsive platform without compromising strength. Enduro-specific swingarm geometry and a forged and machined linkage system work with the frame to deliver predictable rear-wheel behaviour, traction and balance.
Traction Control, Launch Control, Quickshifter and Dual Engine Maps are fitted as standard, managed through the Athena ECU with GET Power Assist. Additional engine maps and further set-up options can be accessed through the optional Wi-Fi tuning functionality. A complete Brembo braking system works with Galfer brake discs to deliver responsive braking performance.
A slim fuel tank, narrow mid-section and refined contact points provide freedom of movement, while the balanced handlebar-seat-footpeg relationship is designed to reduce fatigue and maintain control over extended riding periods.
ODI half-waffle lock-on grips, a Pyramid seat cover and ProTaper ACF Carbon Core handlebars with adjustable mounts provide secure contact and allow riders to refine their riding position. A manageable 955 mm seat height supports manoeuvrability in technical sections, while the 8.3 L fuel tank provides capacity for longer rides. Full LED lighting extends usability into low-light conditions.
RACE-PROVEN DEVELOPMENT
The TF 250-E and TF 450-E arrive for 2027 following a successful season of international enduro competition. During the 2026 FIM EnduroGP World Championship, Triumph riders recorded 62 podium finishes and 15 victories across factory and supported teams. Morgan Lesiardo finished as Enduro1 vice-champion, while Leo Joyon secured second overall in both the Junior World Championship and Junior1 Enduro World Cup aboard the TF 250-E.
At the 2026 6DAYS FIM Enduro of Nations, Triumph riders featured in all three World Trophy podium teams, with Italy taking victory ahead of France and Sweden.
The TF 450-E has also demonstrated its competitiveness in EnduroCross and SuperEnduro. Jonny Walker secured Triumph's first AMA EnduroCross Championship in 2025, winning the title in the TF 450-E's debut campaign, before taking second overall in the 2026 FIM SuperEnduro World Championship following a season of race wins and multiple podium finishes.
